We do not charge for our initial quotations. A member of the TMW Renovation team will visit your property and discuss your requirements. We will then promptly provide you with an itemised quotation for the job that is free and carries no obligation.

We will supply you with an itemised quotation which includes the cost of materials and labour.

No. The quote we provide you will be based on a thorough survey we conduct. We will factor in all aspects of the job from the start meaning you will not get any nasty surprises when the job is completed.

Depending on the size of the project we may require a deposit and stage payments to cover the cost of materials. This will all be fully explained in the initial quotation and we are happy to discuss payment schedules on a case by case basis.

We accept payment in the forms of cash, cheque or online bank transfer.

We have our own team of fully qualified tradesmen which ensures as little disruption as possible.

Yes, our team will clean the work area as best as possible at the end of each day and dispose of any rubbish. For larger items that require disposal there may be an additional cost but this will be explained in the quotation.

We have £5,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance cover. We attach a copy of this with every quotation we supply.

All our work is guaranteed. Our workmanship is guaranteed for at least 5 years on any project and we match the guarantee of the supplier on any materials used. We will specify the length of the guarantee on the initial quotation we provide.
